Functions:

Based on participants’’ communication skill and career experience , positions available on Front Office GSA / Rooms Division Management/ Food & Beverage Management/Culinary Management/ Horticulture and Landscaping/Engineering Maintenance/ Administration

F&B Service
Skills required: F&B experience or study of 2 years and English Communication skills

Bellboys
Skills required: Dependability, Quality Focus, Customer Service, Customer Focus, Thoroughness, Lifting, Independence, Listening, Verbal Communication

Maintenance
Skills required: Equipment Maintenance, Facilities Coordination, Facilities Management Systems, HVAC Systems, OSHA Compliance, Safety Management, Customer Focus, Verbal Communication, Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

What you do:

• 40 Hours working per week, Total 10 month
• Promote your own cultures, traditions, heritage & history in the USA

What we do:  

• Search for a position from Host  and deals with all the paper work required to obtain the adequate visa ( H-2B)
• Fully furnished accommodation (in hotels or apartments) , including beds, sofas, desk ;Cable television, local phone calls free; Microwave & refrigerator
• Free trip to Social Security Administration for normal processing of Social Security Cards
• Local transportation from the hotel to the place where you stay according to the set routes for this purpose
• A $600 USD per month as a scholarship/stipend
• Opportunities for cross-cultural activities
• Pick-up from the airport on arrival

General Requirements: 

• English skill is critical. You can communicate with a native speaker  and finished phone interview from USA Host 

• Some working/education experience in the hotel industry would be an added asset, but it is not necessary
• You will share your own history, traditions, culture with American.
• Your ages between 18 -38
